1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Climate Negotiator (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Climate Negotiator is an AI-powered platform that provides strategic analysis, treaty intelligence, and dialogue assistance for climate negotiation professionals. The Service includes features such as real-time analysis, voice transcription, AI chat assistance, and session summarization.
3. User Accounts
Registration: You may create an account using email, Google sign-in, or anonymous mode. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.
Anonymous Users: Anonymous sessions are tied to your device. If you clear your browser data, you may lose access to your anonymous account and its data.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, threatening, or discriminatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without authorization
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, analyses, and summaries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions without independent verification. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.
6. Usage Limits
Users on the app-provided AI model are subject to a daily token limit of 1,000,000 tokens. This limit is shared across all features. If you exceed this limit, you will need to wait until the next day or provide your own API key.
7. User-Provided API Keys
You may choose to provide your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI services. When using your own API key, you are responsible for any costs incurred with those providers. Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely. We do not share them with third parties.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
